Changer l'encodage général au niveau d'Eclipse

  • Window -> Preference -> General -> Workspace -> Text file encoding

Passer le Default (Cp1252) en Other UTF-8

Changer l'encodage d'un projet

  • bouton droit sur le projet
    • Sélectionner "Properties" dans le menu contextuel
      • Dans la partie "Info", plus précisément "Text file encoding", sélectionner UTF-8
